Well, as you asked...Cap de Creus is the official start point. So a recommendation near there would make you 2 for 2

The Hotel Llané Petit is a good start point for the ACT. It’s 5 min out of town, so a bit quieter, has a pool, restaurant next door if you can’t be arsed to walk to town.
Nice rooms, right on the harbour front next to a small beach.

Garage parking for the bikes, plus a drop off area for unloading.

8km or so from the Cap de Creus, but bear in mind no traffic in or out after 9.30am.

Cadaqués has petrol in the town too
