Ace Cafe ride to Margate

Kind of surprised not to see a post regarding tossers riding to Margate, then again, it is Margate I guess.

Seems like it was well attended, did anyone go?

Yeah I went, it was a toss up between this and Southend Airshow. Should have done Southend.

Seemed to be loads of bikers about, was it a bit rubbish then?

It might be me but I keep going to these seaside gatherings and thinking what a waste of time and petrol. I get bored wandering up and down looking at loads of other people doing the same there's nothing to keep me entertained. Hopefully I'll talk myself out of the Brighton Burn Up and do something more interesting instead.

It amazes me that anyone would want to ride along motorways all the way from the Ace Cafe anyway, you would think a nicer route would be in order.

I was working there. It was pretty well attended and quite good to see such a mix of bikers together. From sports bike riders to Mods, Trikes to Mr and Mrs Pan European. I didn't see that many GS's though! Certainly didn't see any Tosser stickers otherwise I'd have come over and said Hello...!

I've never seen the attraction of standing around at the seaside with hundreds of other bike riders for no particular reason other than it's a bank holiday. ???.
