Well, I reckon the poll has been up for long enough for the regular visitors to have time to vote. I would like to thank you all, for those who took time to vote, and time to subscribe too the threads in a meaningful and rational way. It fairly livened up the board for a few days anyway 
. I have received much support both on here and privately for daring to stick my head above the parapet.
Now I said I would abide by the result, and I will. I do not feel, looking at the statistics that there is much choice in the matter. There have been many interesting points raised by all sides of the fence. However it is very clear to
me, that a large majority of the Northerners are 'YES' voters
, and would therefore be in favour of a Northern Forum, however that matter is clearly out of our hands, as the members from the southside, wish to retain an all Ireland forum, and strength of numbers, has led to the enevitable result.
Before I finish, I would like to comment on a few salient points, raised along the way. As acknowledged in previous threads, I thanked those on here for taking time-out to organise weekends and events, some of which, were protagonists of mine. Those I will gladly accept critiscism from, as I feel they are qualified to do so. However when I look at this board particularily the Discover Ireland Sticky, and as Mzokk, pointed out 4-5 of the contributers are from the North, therefore making the Sticky look more like an advert for the N.I.T.B. Were are all those other beautiful and best roads we here so much about. Where are your contributions boys, is there any chance?
The new Sticky concerning Handy Numbers and contacts, although promoted by me(maybe the lack of contribution has something to do with that fact 
), it unfortunately is the same, all numbers and addresses from up North. I started the thread for the benefit of all, and indeed in response to a question put by one of my main critics. 
I can hear you racing to respond now in the most sarcastic manner you can muster, but unless you are a qualified Is it any wonder my mind was working so much overtime, and dared asked for a Northern Ireland Forum....
