Add ASC to ABS equipped bikes?

Is it possible to add ASC to a new ABS-equipped bike by purchasing the correct ECU or whatever and installing it?

Seems like this is a great option safety-wise if you're riding on knobby tires on wet pavement, yet none of the dealers that I can find in the US have bikes in stock with this option and, apparently, they can't be special ordered for delivery before sometime in November - if then. Most of the in-stock bikes are loaded with all the options except the ASC. Doesn't make any sense to me.

I've located the exact bike I want locally and since the dealer can add the ASC I'm going to contact him and put down a deposit this morning.
