adjustments for new exhaust ?

the standard exhaust on my 04 1200 is looking a wee bit tired, so I bought a stainless exhaust form ebay to replace it.

I'll be using the original silencer for the moment but need to know if any adjustments are neccessary to the fuel injection system when I dump the standard system with cat and replace it with one without ?
