Adobe Flash question (from the wife!)

"Hi all,

I'm trying to create a flash banner with several nested movie clips within it. I want each movie to run one after the other (not at the same time) but the top layer just keeps dominating (but not even working) even though I've added it's movie further down the main timeline. Before dragging on the second movie I inserted a keyframe. I've attached a really crude example. (but I can't upload .fla files to this forum - Gazzr)

Hope this is making sense - this is my very first post. Please help! I want to be able to create advertising where I can adjust timelines of movies independently of main timeline."

Has been a while but it goes something like you have to create a main movie that shows/calls the other movies and you do it through scripting. Sorry I cant be much more help that that but hopefully it gives you a bit more to google with. Another option which isnt fancy but its simple is simply to create one movie and just change the scenes on the timeline. The version of flash your using would be useful as well as they all have very different capabilities.
