ADV screen V GS screen

I've just ordered a new screen from the inter web that would fit both a GS and ADV.. However, per chance, I parked next to a 1200GS this morning and my screen looked far larger... was this just an illusion.

I get that there are additional supports on the ADV too?

on the air cooled bikes the bracket and fitting kit are over £230 and you need it to support the screen

the good news is a fake is out for LOTS less

Are the Std 1200GS screens the same size as the Adventure

the std small screen is noisy - giving you tinnitus - and bad for vision where turbulence shakes your head making it hard to see where you're going
the adventure screen is bigger and less noisy, but not by enough to warrant the change and less bad for vision
the large z technic screen is a vast improvement, but a little warm in the summer - but u get used to it - and you can do 90mph with the visor open in relative tranquillity
