can anyone help on abs
just bought 51 gs non servo
the abs was not working
did the reset on the diagnostic u/seat from here (cheers)
worked for 80 miles yesterday 5 miles from home in p ssing rain its stopped
does nt resent on ingntion
batery seems okay
will try to reset on diagnostic
just wondered before taking to mechanic if something simple might be resetting

brake levrs not fould

Check the sensor caps with the gauge in the tool box or feelers.

Find out how to check your battery - do a search. There be a very fine line between what voltage will or wil not arm the abs. Odessy batteries are good, my abs hasn't refused to arm on start up since I fitted on sevenish years ago.

The bikes new to you and I think the fluid should be changed every year - might be an idea to look at that.
