I didn't see this post so put my comments in the NW section.
Just to reiterate what I put there...John breathed new life into my 1150 GS. He fixed the HiD light for about 200 quid less than I'd have paid as a Touratech member of staff (and even then had to fit it myself).
The enthusiasm level is great, the knowledge and hospitality, very refreshing.
Just a breath of fresh air all around. Thank you guys.
I'd got jaded very quickly and despondent about customer service levels that exist and what I believed they should be, so it's so good to see someone taking customers seriously and understanding that bike adventure is fun.
To see guys who comprehend that adventure riding isn't a privileged race entry, on a bike built by someone else that you just jump on after everyone else has done all the planning and graft, is great.
The enthusiasm for the adventures that have been and those still to come, not only for yourselves but for all you meet.
Realising that everyone's adventure, no matter how far, or hard, is equally as valid, because it's their adventure. It was all so great to experience in one visit to your outlet.
