Yes you can but you need all the fittings to go with it. It's not a straight swap.

If its just that you want a single piece seat.... Touratech make them (or did). I got this from Ebay... previous owner had it recovered. It is rather good and a marked improvement on the stock original. Fits straight on with no extra bits required.
