Adventure Spec film night Hebden Bridge Fri 7th December

I may pop along, have heard various reviews from recent airings - Austin likes to provide a controversial evening :)

It's the Saturday 7th, I'm going with the other half providing it doesn't clash with anything else.

Its on the 7th as mentioned above. Early start with a 4pm showing the idea being that there is plenty of time afterwards so people can have a drink/food and still get home earlyish far and wide. (or stay for hours and get good and popped up!)

Hebden is also a great place to get organic christmas gifts (75% of the shops cater to this market!) so take the opportunity and get in early:thumb

There won't be huge amounts of chit-chat during the showing as we're tight on timing, but theres plenty of time afterwards for such things.

Should be a great craic, hope to see a few faces there! :beerjug:

Booked. 7 miles over the hill for me. :clap

RIGHT: ITS NEARLY TIME AND WE'VE GOT AN **IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**

The event is going to be very busy and the edit of Erzberg the Hard Way came out 20mins longer than originally planned SO

We're planning on opening the doors as soon as we can which should be about 3.50pm and running the Sibirsky Extreme trailers immediately

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try and get there in good time as we have a tight schedule and don't have any leeway to run over. We have plenty of time for chatting and drinking after the films so please try and help us out on this!

We're really looking forward to seeing every one!

(PS. IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO IS GOING WHO IS NOT LIKELY TO SEE THIS, PLEASE LET THEM KNOW, THANKS!):bounce1

sounds great, got my ticket last week & was planning on going early as Hebdon Bridge doesn't have a huge amount of parking unless of course, you're on 2 wheels. Thanks for the heads up about the earlier start :)

I bought some bits from Adventure Spec this morning, and Dave very kindly invited me to the film night!!!

If only it were a little closer......:blast

Sounds like it's going to be a fun night too.....:D

Mondo was good. The Erzberg Red Bull husaberg promo hour was OK but not quite my cup of tea. Jarvis obvious a very talented rider but I can youtube the odd 5 minutes of good riding. I wanted more of the opening film, due out next yr ? Travelling across Russia etc etc

Graeme’s film was good but lacked footage from the actual event. I wanted to see more riding & less of the sofa chat.
Mondo was fun to watch, but I didn’t buy the DVD.
Walter’s dvd will be the one to look out for – a glimpse of determination & off-road challenges with good narration :)
Enjoyed chatting to familiar faces in the pub afterwards & met some interesting new folk too. Got home at 3am :beerjug:
