Am i right in thinking that i saw a post on here stating that it is possible that an 02 adventure can have the 22 L tank?My bike has and im thinking there cant be to many like this.thanks in advance .

Some early R1150gsa had small tanks.

Some also were imported without the RID (rider info display)

Crash bars were a £200 option, but to buy them from BMW parts cost £500 plus.

Some people even swoped their big tank for a small one, as they prefered the look, made money on the exchange etc. etc.

I do believe that on the early adventures it was an option before it became standard... but I could be wrong.

Correct................it was a £2-300 extra option in 2002
