Adventure Top Box Carrier has broken up

I noticed at the weeend that the top box on my 05 Adv was loose, on investigating this I found that the Plastic moulding that carries the mounting frame and bolts to the standard carrier has fracture around the outside of the mounting bolts. Being lose it has scored the carrier underneath it. I have put in a warranty claim .

Anyone had similar problems

Mine was very rarely full maybe a water bottle and my lunch, however the road to work is pretty heavily corrugated in places. I did not expect it to go like it has, I first knoted a rattle and then some play in the top box but you cannot see the problem without removing the Ali' plate first.
