Adventure Top Box

Hi folks,
does anyone know what the small black plastic thing is on the back of the air cooled Adventure top box is for. Its just below and right of the lock near the top.
It seems ideal for me to remove and use the small bolt to fix my antenna mount to. Ill firm it up with an adhesive pad too.
Just curious.

[Shunt]

Air pressure relief valve I believe.
Same thing on the oil cooled.
Supposedly stops the boxes sealing themselves shut from pressure differences.

Ah, that would explain the wee hole underneath it.
