Advice for a novice pleeze!

Hi, I know nothing about comm systems so any help would be great. I have a zumo 660, Nokia N96 and a Shoei lid and need help with a set of headphones to connect them up. I have connected the Zumo and Nokia up via bluetooth so that part is sorted (I think) so all I think I need is the headset (with/without) a mic so I can listen to the sat nav and phone. What leads, headsets do you reckon I should get? Help.......

PS don't get too technical either cos I won't have a clue what you're on about.

I saw those earlier but I can't use those "in ear" bud thingies. I need some of those speaker type ones you fit in your helmet. Ta anyway!

What do you use for earplugs? I'm asking because I have some custom moulded earplugs into which I can fit my Sennheiser earphones.

I don't use earplugs! I just want someone to tell me what half decent in helmet speakers I can fit with/without a mic that will plug into my Zumo 660!
