Advice needed please

It seems a lot of the bikes since 2021 had 3 sensors but the rear one near the flappy valve wasn’t activated
but since 12/2021 it seems now that that sensor is activated and picking fault from not having a decat on bike

I got mine at the end of January last year and have the decat headers installed with no issues. I don't know if it's maybe more relevant to a build date rather than a sell date? That being said, I think that mine was built not long before I got it, so likely after 01.01.2021.

However, if we consider logistics, I think the most likely sceniario would be for BMW to hook this up to the Model-year. And the 2021 model production would start after the German public summer vacation, i.e beginning of September 2020.

Anyway, if someone really want the decat header, the options are to either ignore the upgrade (some people consider it down grade..) or just go ahead and install the decat header.
If a fault-code pops up, there is the option to get the Rapid Bike Smart unit.

Their Euro 5 version appears to handle all three O2 sensors...
