Advice on custom fit Textile Rider Gear

My youngest lad is getting into biking and I've had him out trying jackets on... problem is he is tall & thin, with long arms

We've tried Halvarssons, Hein Gericke & BMW with no joy.
He's struggling to find a textile jacket that fit chest with correct arm length.

Any recommendations on brands that may fit him and/or custom fit - tailoring alteration services, you can recommend will be appreciated
