Advice on securing Easy Toll registration for traveling in Portugal.

We live in Guernsey and have tried to on line to register for Easy Tolls to travel in Portugal. Our attempts have not delivered any success. We are in Portugal at present and would appreciate any advice on where we can go to secure an Easy toll pass. All positive advice would be welcome.

I have travelled through Portugal many times,the only tolls I have ever paid is at the tolls with barriers,and theres only 2 or 3 of them in the whole of Portugal, A2 springs to mind.I have never payed for any other tolls(the overhead gantry types)and have never had any repercussions.Infact I was in the Algarve last Christmas in my camper and I "think" the over head gantry type tolls have been done away with.So just pay for the tolls with a physical barrier, no need for tag really.Be advised, that A2 can cost a fair lump,I certainly did in my Sprinter camper,I came back an alternative route.

Unless the barrier is up when you enter, without a ticket, and they get you at an entrance with a barrier! Don’t ask!

I registered a few weeks ago, added my card, and was billed correctly.
Are you unable to add the card? Do you get an error?
