Advice please on R1200GS foot peg lowering

I want to lower and move forward my foot pegs any ideas on kits or mods etc.

Could you cope with a higher seat instead? Lower pegs will just impede(sp) good progress around curvy bits at high speed

I've had a similar problem (being a lanky git dosen't help...!)
Ended up with a set of Fastway Footpegs from Nippy Norms, they lower the pegs by about an inch and give a much wider/stable foot rest, recommended! Tried to google other options but noone else seems to be able to offer any other alternative.

The first half inch lowering is free, take off the rubber on the pegs. Not much, but I feel the difference!

I've ordered a set of lower/forward footpegs from Surburban Machinery in the USofA - I've not received them yet, but they look the biz on their website.
