Africa Twin is coming

The white one looks pretty and I like the running lights in the indicators, but they're probably only for Japanaese/US market.....

Nope Chris they already do them on a few UK models, like the CBRs. They are aren't Illegal over here and are a legal requirement in some countries so easier for production if they keep the indicators the same so I would imagine they will be on the AT.

That looks really rather good.

Here's the video, this time working:

Aiming for 200kg & not even close to the 260 kg for the S10 - chain drive over shaft, will make it a whole lot lighter, for a start

Target audience is KTM 1050/Tiger 800/F800GS but with more off road potential

So what are the thoughts about the DCT? For gear changes and for being able to do them from the handlebars, it sounds appealing.

But what about not having a clutch for when you need to cut power, for rut changing, root crossing, and, most importantly, when you've overcooked it and need cut power quickly!

It also seems like all the wheelies done in the video are done by the one with a conventional gearbox...

208kg dry weight non abs model. 232 kg abs model full of fuel.. ??? 94hp??

Ahh not so good then....seems odd though when you look at the below, 200 wet would have been great.

1150 85HP @ 228 DRY
1200 100HP @ 200 DRY
1200tc 110HP @ 205 DRY
AT 94HP @ 208 DRY
KTM 1050 94HP @ 212 DRY

I'm not getting hung up on numbers too much. I'll read the tests in the mags when they come out, digest the info and see how she feels when the wheels hit the showroom floor. Then it's judgement time.
