Africa Twin is coming

Never a fan myself either. I preferred the Yamaha option. ;)

The new AT is possibly what Yamaha should have developed the original Super Ten in to. :thumb2

BTW....at the NEC this year, chum ?

+1 My first 5 bikes were all Honda then Yamaha launched that and I bought my first adventure bike. The original AT wasn't wven considered. Andres nailed it , the AT was very worthy but dull compared to the 5 Valve Genesis engined Yammy.

Very "busy looking", almost as bad as my GSA!

Well it's not loaded up with TouraTwat farkles like the typical GS............yet. :aidan

Very true !! I like the look of it with the farkles on though, I tried to order the gold wheels on the red bike but it was not an option, Dobles said they would give me a shout when the gold wheels became available as a spare part LOL from Honda that will be another £2K !! maybe ill stick with the black, If I actually go through with it !!

You know, the new Africa Twin's looks don't do anything for me personally and I am generally a little indifferent to the whole thing. However, I actually hope that it is the best thing since sliced bread and knocks the spots off of everything else out there. I hope this for one reason and one reason only:

To shut JohnnyBoxer up and to hopefully to get him to desist with the near orgasmic anticipation of revelling in somebody else's future disappointment.

Your "break" appears to be going well old boy!

Remember that the posting of large bold type on Internet forums does indeed raise the blood pressure. :D

It will be a very nice bike but as bland as magnolia emulsion - it won't trouble the GS but might take a few sales from the other less capable 'adventure' bikes.
