Termi have assured us that they are shipping them this week - but as with most Italian companies, we'll wait until they actually arrive............![]()
Bike arrived at 0700 this morning, the versys was loaded in the van and very apprehensively I took ownership of the Africa Twin, as its not going to be registered till the 1st I had to ride it on my own private road !! and ive got to say my fears were all chucked out the window by the time id got to 3rd gear, it rides superb, it feels much more powerfull than the BHP figures that its being slated for, the power is more than adequate for any ride, it feels very well put together the fit and finish is typical Honda superb, traction control off on the way back and the front wheel is lifting with no problem at all, having just traded a Tiger 800 for my new 690 KTM there is no comparison between the AT and the Tiger in mu opinion, the AT fels a lot more powerfull and a dam site Lighter, I don't Like having a pop at Triumph as I love them and love having an English bike but this is better, well better than the three 800 Tigers Ive had anyway
Glad its here spent the day after the ride in the garage getting to know it fitted the sat nav, heated grips, alarm, optimate lead, rim tape, LED front fogs, Gobi Top box, its now all ready for the 1st where weather permitting Ill be out on it all day (Hopefully)

Good luck with the new bike, mine won't be here for another month yet
Can I ask which LED's did you go for, I fancy the Honda ones but they are a bit pricey?
I test rode one yesterday. Ive ridden a lot bikes in the last fourty years and the AT is one of the best. Could not find one thing I didnt like in the three hours I had it. I can honestly say it is probably the best bike I have ever ridden. I will buy one.

But it hasn't got 130 bhp or keyless ignition so how can it be ??????![]()

No one needs keyless really, it's a fooking pain in the ass, the only electronic gizmo on my Ducati is keyless and it's locked me out already and needs a new hand free unit and the bike has 0 miles on the clock
Enjoy your new bikes fella's![]()
