Africa Twin is coming

You know; if you'd actually owned a 2015/2016 GS, sold it on and moved to this you'd actually have a lot more support for your "excitement".
I think some of the "ribbing" is that you slate the bikes we are all so proud of !

Looks fantastic, (AT), hope you get heaps of enjoyment.

I know what you mean.
I've had GSs in the back to front way as first was a brand new GSA1200 in 06 and then went to an 1100 followed by 1150GSA.
I did want to like the LC versions but they leave me cold.Sorry.But we're all different which is good !!!

Don't be too sure !

Er, no, that's the point I was making - just 'cos the KTM is lighter and punts out significantly higher bhp & torque than a WC it ain't gonna leave a WC behind on the road 90% of the time 'cos to be honest 80 or 90 bhp is more than enough to ride on the limit on 90% of UK roads. And, if you're honest, how regularly do you ride anywhere near the limit :nenau

I can't wait for the summer .... The perfect day off, is fettling with the sun on your back, auto sol, mer, old toothbrushes .... bottle of beer ... radio 2 .....

Can't wait ... :D

(I could spend a whole afternoon just cleaning the spoke nipples .... !!)

How do you keep your bike so clean. It looks spotless if I did not know better I'd say it's not been ridden yet, how many miles have you put on it now?

9k on this when I traded it. All down to elbow grease and superior KTM finish. ;)

7000 miles on my 1190 when I sold it. Used on a lot on filthy roads in filthy weather. Like new when I traded it in.
