The Dakar 650 wheel looked painful

Guy went off a blind water inlet along a beach doing 70 mph....
The bike nearly made the 30 foot gap, six foot drop and caught the edge on the other side...
He landed in four feet of water (the sea was to his right) and was pulled out by fishermen....
Shattered right wrist on impact...plates and pins jobs...
He was lucky he didn't land on any of the rocks that were around him...
The bike did 7 flips....
The inner tube of the wheel was still inflated like a baloon...

I came off five times...all in sand...two broken ribs and a twisted ankle-all good fun....another guy broke his leg and rode 2,500 miles with a plaster cast on his right leg-no rear brake then!

Tim, I really enjoyed your trip to Morocco. Brilliant video. Trips like that spoil you for life. You just want to keep doing that over and over.....
