ooing and arring I've have today placed an order for a new 1200 TE.

Vario topcase,engine bars and small tank bag,those nice people at Rotherham have also ordered me and will fit a set of 38 & 45 ltr Zega pro panniers as part of the deal :thumb

I've gone for the Blue but even as I type I'm wondering if that's the right colour ? Jesus......I do my own head in sometimes.

I placed my order last Saturday and yesterday(thurs) i got a call to say the bike had arrived, now that's what I call service ..
 
i was in today a few in showroom, red, blue and all with sold stickers, great dealership;)

Steve was it you that took demonstrator out at Rainbow today, while your bike was in for service,or am I mixing you up with another Steve,

The Blue does grow on you. It is different and popular with hairdressers. No pulling your leg, it OK. I think.

No, I'd already taken it out a couple of times at the dealership where I bought my last bike.
Whent to Rainbow on Thursday spent some time talking to Oliver and ordered it yesterday.

During initial negotiations it was the end of July,when I actually placed the order it was mid June.(think he was maybe trying to get me into the "almost a TE but not quite a TE" that was in the showroom and ready to go.)

End of May would have been nice as we've a few days in France beginning of June,but I'm of to the Pyrenees early September so that should stretch it's legs.

Anyway I've just put new tyres on mine and still lots of warrenty left so I'm not to bothered.

I could handle the blue but red was available and it matches all my gear. The smurf blue is a acquired taste though.
