I've purchased the Brake Light Flasher M1 unit for my 2012 1200GSA to allow the brake light to strobe as I brake but I received an additional item in the packaging.
Just wondered if anyone has fitted one - the instructions indicate a simple splice into the brake light power and ground to insert the small circuit board but the additional item appears to be a resistor .. I've asked the manufacturer (in California) but not really getting a response. The bit has been on my shelf for 6 months and now I've decided the bike is a keeper I want to get on with adding the bits I've collected.
Any suggestions gratefully received - I can't get the photos of the items uploaded but if anyone can assist pls PM me and I'll try harder !
