Aftermarket Exhaust/ Pannier Frames?

Hi all

i'm looking at an aftermarket exhaust for the bike, i'm particularly interested in the Staintune/Two Bros ones.

does anyone have experience of fitting these (or indeed any) with the Givi pannier frames fitted?

just want to make sure that i can still use my luggage
