Yes to the pillion footrests:beerjug: I Have Pannier Rails for Tourtech panniars 45l bought them of Ebay came with Tiger fittings, so only used the 'Hoops', and fab'ed the rest:eek My thoughts are, you can always space things out. The HPN Can sits about 10-15mm out compired to stock on my 1990 para. If I could work out how to post pic I would:spitfire But dam compoooter dont work proper (user error:D )

Thanks for the advice Cain, I'll give this option some thought. It's just the price I'll have to get over now! Pete

Have you considered Gazelle?

Take the bike along and stop there while they make one to measure while you watch/ discuss.

I used Gazelle for a Z1300 SS exhaust >6 into 2 as original :rob
Top Class work, ALL IN ! for £800:eek: and we were allowed to supervise:rolleyes:
Considering genuine Z1300 mild steel was £1300+ vat, plus fitting :(

It was absolutely perfect, and still is:thumb
others compliment it's appearance and most think it's an original.
good B+B nearby as well:)

This worked for me although I didn't creat it. Although I have modified it since my purching the bike

Honda CBR 600 Micron end can mated onto stainless tube mated to stainless Y piece and then oto Keihin down pipes. Sounds great if not a little loud but still under 94db. Current can is a race can but a road can would be an easy conversion.

I'm sure Mick DB1 will vouch for it.

Thats right Rob, although I don't know where it was made. Somewhere around Rotherham I believe, I will try and find out who it was.

Best I could come up with was somewhere in Barnsley, however he informed me that any company that bends stainless tubing should be able to produce with ease. The hardest part would be getting the end flares correct to mate with the end can and the Y Piece.

Sounds easy. On the other hand having found someone you could always use mide as a template.

Anyone used the supertrapp exhausts? What does it mean if they are popping on overrun, is it down to the exhaust or the valves. 'm guessing that it is supposed to do that seeing as the rally cars all seem to pop and spit fire on overrun.
