Any recommendations for front brake / clutch levers on 2016 GSA?
Personal preference is for less travel than experienced with standard levers before 'bite' on front brake. Clutch is fine.
Nothing 'wrong' with standard, but there are 'many' alternatives on the market.
Confusing.
Anyone any experience with what I'm after?
Ta!

I'm just guessing here, but are you the sort of person who has too much money and not enough things to spend it on?

I'm looking for some levers that will give some more adjustability to get them closer to my delicate small pinkies.

from the dark side this was sent

You do know that the factory levers have 4 or 5 adjustment settings ?

This is what you need :green gri

Thanks Bounce, (sorry I took so long to reply, but was browsing the 'FOR SALE' section looking to spend some more of my 'too much' money)
5 click or 6 click adjust, I'd be looking for full on probably 'cos that's the way I have the standard lever set.
Old Yamahas used to have a screw and locknut to take up all the play wanted, but the GSA and BMW's in partic. have always had long travel I think.
If yours is set on max, is the lever travel less than that with standard levers?
And..... 'FWIW'...... it's worth a lot to me, that's why I'm asking, 'cos I actually don't wanna waste my money, so thanks for the input.

Can I trust you?
Looks like I've found me a stocking filler then!
'Scuse me, just off to write me a letter to Santa.

I can't remember which setting I have them on (I can check next week when I get it back), but the lever travel is def less than the standard lever.

The HP2 levers are stunning, no doubting that.....

There are some really well made levers out there & you're spoilt for choice.....V-Trec, CRG, Pazzo, Warrior, Gilles as examples

Rizoma 3D levers have a lot of level of adjustment in very small increments. I have the previous version of these levers called FEEL on my S1000R and they are brilliant.

Good info thanks Bounce.
Gilles is about the only name I recognise besides Pazzo, (think I had Pazzo rearsets on my RD400 proddie racer!) so any advice gratefully accepted.
It's one of the first things I notice when getting back on other bikes, 'cos the lever travel is too great for my liking, but easy fix with the right aftermarket kit hopefully. Cheers.

Hi Fredaroony, thanks for that, will have a look ta.
That's made me recall when I put the GSA in for it's first servcice, I took an S1000R demo out for a spin from the dealer and the lever travel on that was fine. I had asked that the brakes were checked on that service and it cam back to me as 'all fine sir', but chalk and cheese with lever travel. Maybe it's (excess travel) built in to the GSA for a purpose?
