The MRA Vario is very good, but so many settings I haven't found the ideal one yet.....and of course at different speeds it needs to be on a different setting...

Very happy with my Nippy Normans High and wide only £79.00

What's it like in crosswinds? any worse than the original?
+1 for NN high and wide, I am 6ft1in and of all the screens I have tried the NN one suits me best a little more to deal with in cross winds but nothing to worry about. Oh and got mine second hand of Fleebay for £38inc p&p.

Go for a Givi Airflow. Much much cheaper and adjustable. Lots of threads on here and Cieran at DK is your man. Great service.
Getting a good screen on the GS it's quite problematic, and it can be ultimately a lot more expensive not buying the best screen from the beginning.
I learned this lesson the hard way : the Aeroflow is my 4th windscreen on my 2008 GSA (I am 6,1) and is the only one that really gets the job done properly . For me the stock screen (with/ whithout TT extender) , the Wunderlich Progressystem (with/without TT extender) , the Ceebaileys, were just money badly spent.
Plus, improved aerodynamics = improved fuel consumption = the screen (and or/ other similar mods) pays for itself in no time, if you really ride your bike.

I'm 6'4" and have tobinators and Aeroflow.............the answer for me.
No buffeting, and visor up riding, to 60.
Added benefit.....should we ever get hot weather, 3 seconds slips it down and get the breeze.
After plenty of online research and talking to people I decided to go for an Adventure screen in the end, I got a good deal on a new one and fitted it myself. If you are considering one its a great screen to go for an is dead easy to fit. (dealer want to hit me £70 to fit it, don't think so!). The screen is taller and wider and work very well with the wings. What is bloody expensive is the extra support bracket need for the GSA screen, it cost about as much as the screen! Anyway very happy and well worth it.
Go for the airflow it transformed my 09 gs its fantastic . Theres no buffeting and no need for ear plugs anymore.

Ta for all the replies. Anybody had any bad affects on the pillion, in the past I have noticed that what is good for the driver sometimes is not great for the seat of power behind.
She is only 5 foot 4 so not a giant towering above me, physically anyway.
visor up no problem....pillion Tosset is 5'7" happy on the bike all around France and on motor way at speed....no doubt the GSA screen looks better and if it worked nearly as well as the Airflow I would have gone for that option....but it doesn't (for me).
