AH THE WEE DEAD END ROADS

Been looking at the map,although iv'e been on a lot of roads , i rarely go up dead end roads,even glens unless visiting someone.

So this year i'm going to do a bit more exploring.

There is ,as i'm sure a lot of you will know a lot of back roads / dead ends.

Arnisdale is top of the list for an investigation.

Any other suggestions? Favourites.

Kinloch Hourn, 22 miles down a dead end road.

Glen Etive, 11 miles to the end.

Both fantastic roads.

It's superb. Over the years, I've done every dead-end road on the Isle of Mull....

There's a nice wee dead-end road along the east side of Loch Lomond.

Probably too obvious, but I only found it last week, but Glen Lyon up past Bridge of Balgie and then back over Ben Lawers was a good detour for me.
