I am hoping by the 1st or 2nd week of September to have my 1150GSA back in the UK.
Having the bike crated by the local Harley dealer using a standard HD imported crate and shipped to Manchester airport.

Some friends say why bother just dump it in the desert but, I don't like to sell what I have bought. I'm not the type to buy and sell for the latest version. It's the soft side of me who will pay good money just to give it a good home next to the old airhead.

The plan when it arrives is to either uncrate the bike and leave the crate so I can ride off home, or, hire a pick-up and bring the lot back home to Nantwich for disection.

Would anybody be interested in it if they also plan to ship their bike far afield for that big trip?

Any airfreight company will box the bikes for you so it won't really be good for much except firewood to be honest.

I'd stick with the cheap option and take it out of the crate at Heathrow and ride it home :thumb

I have a mate who is shipping a Harley to OZ please contact me.
