Airhead insurance

Hi guys just bought an airhead R100 gs
gone to insure it, aviva wont cover it, which is a royal PITA as my other bikes are on the policy been told I have to cancel policy and start again
who are you guys with and does anyone cover them with classic insurance at huge discount

i have a carole nash, multi bike, classic policy, that covers modern bikes as well

I'm with carolnash they wont put it on my exsisting insurance

mine is insured with aviva through motorcycle direct on a multi bike policy with my K

I have two r100gs and a r1150gs with um
you may have got the wrong person

the company they are insuring you with dont do older bikes

535 for 3 bikes and a C max

CN are just brokers. you probably need a policy from a different company. mine's Groupama, i think.

I have a multi-bike policy with norwich union through aquote for less than £200.00 a year.

Try Footman James or failing that I was quoted £83.00 inc European recovery for six classic bikes, agreed value, from Peter James. I think this was a breakaway from Footman James.

I have both my R100 GS and K100RS insured on the same classic policy with Carole Nash and the policy is underwritten by Groupama. Always had great service from them.

r80 g/s form 81 with carol nash... fully comp... agreed value for under £100 for the year which also include full AA cover, home start and the whole lot.

I forgot to say, the £83.00 quoted includes my R100RS.

You would think they could tag it to policy for the remainder of the policy only couple of months to run
I have a quote for the airhead on it's own no ncb coz it's on other policy Under the ton.
I'll have to ring them in the morning see if I can talk to someone with more idea.

Carol nash told me that there classic policy starts prior to 1982, so my 88 R100gs is to modern,,,

its a shame my 1993 gs to is moden to get classic insurances and i am with ebike and there classics start from 1991 or older.
