Airhead owner again…

I couldn’t resist it! I’ve bought a 1981 R100 from eBay for £3200. MOTed (even though it doesn’t need one) and serviced. I’ve always wanted another airhead after I sold my g/s (which I always regret).
Pictures when I pick it up hopefully sometime over the weekend or Monday.

Looks like a very good buy. If you are into such things there’s a good Airhead group on Facebook and they organise an annual get together at the Sammy Miller museum near the end of July.

Oh congratulations!!! If that's anything like as good as the description, you did a very good deal indeed.

When I return to air headery (and after 3, you just know it'll happen at some point) it will hopefully be a /7 with a bikini fairing and luggage. Just like yours.

Looks nice. The group on facebook is the "airhead association" I have a R100CS

I picked up my airhead on Friday, wow! Way better than I expected and hoped for. Nice ride home, lovely to be back on an airhead again. Needs some bits & pieces sorting, but that’s nit-picking.

I’d love to go to Sid’s, I went to one of his earlier weekends in Devon, it was great. Unfortunately I can’t make it to France this year. 2025?
