Not really Chris. If I wasn't so mad busy all the time I might notice in more.
September to May is rugby season and as well as doing local newspaper and radio coverage, I'm also the groundsman at my club.
During the summer, outside of TT and MGP is when I struggle, hence going out for a wee trundle.
Most people find the idea of the place small but shortly after arriving fall into the local trap of refusing to go anywhere. The place is only 32 miles long but try and get someone to drive 10 miles to a restaurant or a pub and they all say "I can't be bothered going all the way there!". Wierd phenomena but heard very often.

Don't get me started on the price of petrol though

Isle of Man is massive! Try living on Jersey which is only 9 miles by 5miles. Anywhere more than 5 miles away is a long way. Its enough to drive anyone insane. Oh, hang on, it did.
Loved the Isle of Man, must try to get back over there again soon.
