AKRAPOVIC TWIN RACE CANS

LOOKING SOME ASSISTANCE TO HELP ME MAKE A DECISION.

I have recently converted to BMW and bought a 2005 R1200GS I have seen a set of Akrapovic twin race cans available in the Uk and the best price I have seen so far is from Calsport , for approx 1000 pounds, after searching the net I came accross www.morepowerracing.com in the USA at approx half the price, are they the same spec,will they fit, will they be to the proper standards, I have e-mailed this company and they have assured me they supplied quite a lot to the uk, has anybody any thoughts on the subject.

They will fit, it's the same system you can buy in the UK but you have to include import duty, handling charges and vat in the equation

Delivery and VAT yes but I've never been charged import duty.
