Akropovic Issues

I have got Remus headers and an Akropovic ti exhaust on my 08 GS ADV with the decibel killer removed the bike has been fine for a couple of weeks but now it is spluttering and losing power just when i'm about to overtake. It also seems a lot noisier and backfires more ,any ideas?

None that i can see or feel. Dealer told me to bring it back and they will set it up again?
