Half price for the best alloy panniers (bar Verns) around; what's not to like

If the metal rails are present, that's all you need for fitting. Top tip, if the anti bump cushions perish (mine did after 8 years) then cheap replacements can be had on eBay. Just search for rubber feet in furniture and they're pennies. Have a bump !
