Alan Jefferies

Sad to see any family owned business get taken over ,
As for bmw dealers in general it’s just a case of extracting as much money out of the customer as possible.
A couple of months ago I went to view two 1250gs at a bmw dealership and I was quite shocked at the presentation of the so called “premium selection “
When I ask the salesman if these bikes were going to be valued against he looked at me said NO why .
When I pointed out a few things to him like the brake calipers encrusted in black brake dust and 50% of the bike looked like the person who valeted the bikes should have gone to speck savers .
The sales man just replied NO as to do things like clean calipers etc would cost us to much,
Needless to say I went ells were 😏

If you want to see properly valeted second hand bikes visit Teasdales in Thirsk. I don’t know who they have valeting the bikes but they do an amazing job.

Works HRC Honda RTL 305 and ridden by Nick Jefferies, who at the time was a factory Honda rider

Along with Rob Shepherd, a dairy farmer from Nidderdale and the infamous Sammy Miller
Johnny isn’t that bike in the Sammy Millar collection now ?
