Aldi laptop?

I'm a complete numpty when it comes to computers but need a laptop in the near future.
After reading a post on here saying Aldi are the place to buy I just wondered what you though of tomorrows offer http://www.aldi.co.uk/ click on other offers and it's at the top of the page.
Do I get up early and queue outside my local branch or stay in bed and spend my money elsewhere?

Any advise much apreciated.

The built-in stuff looks OK - just doesn't say what the CPU is, how much memory, how big a hard drive

Its only a basic machine at a basic price, aimed at the entertainment market, not what you're looking for, you want the previous spec at £899, its a WXGA screen 1280x800 dpi has an amazing spec, 1.7Ghz Centrino, 1Gb ram, Nvidia 6600 graphics, dvdRW, DVB-T pcmcia card tuner freeview and analog terrestrial, shitloads of other stuff, they have 3 left at Alfreton store, in Derbyshire.

Iv'e just added some S/ware to one of these today and it is excellent, In fact i'm just copying the Flight sim DVD that came with it.

Got my laptop from these guy,s after a recomendation on this site,
Recommend them to, very good aftersales service, fixed a fault asap six months in to warrenty

I bought a Dell in september last year, they do make a compact one I think, if its small its easy to carry and ithink they are made more shockproof.

If their Laptops are anything like their Beans and little Sausages , you should buy a few , there great after a night out .
