I'm planning using my bike for work during the summer to occasionally pop back and forth to a second facility. The rest of the time I will be in the office and knocking around boats and a boat yard. Can you wear kevlar jeans and be as comfortable as a normal pair of jeans? I suspect they might be stiffer and hotter...

I've found they are heavier than normal jeans and can get a little hotter.

I use them everyday and they can be a little heavier and hotter than normal jeans but it's not really an issue. Hood are the best (for me anyway).

Good for exfoliating the hard skin on your delicate kneeses too. :thumb2
Whether you want to or not. :blast

Just waiting for someone to make socks out of kevlar - no hard skin and yer toenails would never break through!

Yep, I wear mine to work, summer and winter. A bit on the warm side in the heat of the summer, think last year was a Tuesday!

Bought a pair for a trip to Italy. Shouldn't have bothered, I found them far too hot for normal everyday use and of course, not even rain resistant...
