And your faith in the British Justice System , by the time a highly paid Barrister (paid for by us via legal aid ) is finished YOU will be the vile capitalist monster who without reason viciously beat his poor innocent client (who suffered deprivation as a child and who has spent most of his life in institutions due to society having let him down).
He never intended any harm but made his way into your home by a damaged door or window which he found and was merely passing by a 2 in the morning and being public spirited he entered to make sure everything was okay and was about to ring the police when you struck.

I kid you not I have heard a Barrister coming out with this type of shite in court, and there is every likelyhood of a jury believing it .

Been there ,done that - Exactly what happened when i caught some little scrote smashing bottles outside my house, made him clean it up - I got £1200 fine and had to pay him £50 comp as when i grabbed hold of his t shirt and he struggled it left a red mark on his neck!!! I called police to deal with the scrote - i got arrested!

Was in national papers and TV as a miscarriage of justice but courts sided with the scrote!

No faith in police or justice system

Absolutely. I caught a thief breaking into my pickup, 20 years ago and still have flashbacks over how violent I was, and how easy it is to kill with just your fists.
