As it was originally made for aircraft, I'd try a pilots flight shop at a local airfield - that's where I get mine.

Talking of 'planes, I think it's urea they spray on to them as a de-iceer before take off. (?)
I know Germany is a rich country but I'm impressed they can afford to use that on their roads. Colder there, in the winter tho'.
