Learn some manners and you just might get better service. I bet Rainbow are looking forward to your custom!

Never used them BUT

It's always best to CALMLY discuss your problems to begin with, we all love our machines, but raised voices on either side achieve nothing.

Go back, aplogies and work it out, we ALL have off days, one mistake is not the end of the world, in this case anyway.

I've had problems with garages in the past, but always tried to keep calm about the whole thing - this generally yields a good response in the long run.

Where I feel that a particular garage has not lived up to my expectations and they repeatedly fail to make ammends, I simply take my business elsewhere. For me SouthLondon Motorcycles is that garage - but others think they're the mutt's nuts.

I'm with you GSMonkey, well said. Calm is always the way ahead (And I've tried the raised voice method once or twice so I should know) then if the dealer do not live up to your expectations simply take your business elsewhere. That's what I've done and, as with anything I do in life, as long as I can look myself in the eye every morning then I'm doing the right thing.

Life's too precious to waste it putting up with people who take you or your business for granted...

Do you have to do accurate written reports?

Nice to see you can spell your own job title.
I must apologise for my earlier comment. My wife has given me an ear-bashing.I think that she's probably right, English is your second language.
