Allihies Camping

I will be in the area of Allihies in a few weeks time with 4 friends, anyone suggest if it would be suitable for wild camping (5 bikes & 5 tents)?

You will find a spot no problem...

I won't be able to help you though as I am in Bruxelles for a few weeks...

Check out the "mine road" or even easier behind the beach...

Lots of holiday homes in Allihies, so specifically Coppermines holiday homes... Go through village bear right and go past the coppermines holiday homes and then there is a track up to your left. You can go all the way up this tarmacked. Other side is gravel. Somewhere along the tarmac bit you will find a place to stop.

People do drive over this road, but not often maybe one or two a day... I am not there so thats one less
