Bonnie, according to Denbighshire County Council's maintenance log, it is still TRO'd until December 2009.
DCC Highways maint.
Everything else is ok to use in the area.

Fuddy has to plan well in advance but will keep in touch. Have been busy recruiting newcomers and when i have fixed their bikes ready for mot some more to the slaughter
