Ally Panniers

http://ardcases.co.uk/
I have asymmetrical i.e 7 inch on the exhaust side 8 inch on the off side overall 1.5 inches narrower than the handlebars/mirrors,
so you could go an inch bigger each side.

Side cases in a crash will be about as useful as the TRRL leg protectors.
They protect the bike (maybe) but rider will be well down the road hopefully not heading for Armco barriers or worse.

I have a Givi Trekker top case that fits fine with the GSA side cases. The Givi is better without the add on top case rack.

If I was buying new luggage I'd find a way to tuck the pipe closer to the wheel and then fit full size luggage to left and right.

Check out the gaps (each side) between tyre and side frames and see what I mean.

The prime use of ally panniers is

For putting your stickers on ,,so that everyone can see at a glance that one is in fact a " ruffty tuffty biker type"
