Alpinestar Durban GTX Boots

Just purchased a pair, had to buy a size larger than I normally take just to get the wriggle room for my toes. Seem like a good boot, expensive at £285 but expecting good things from them, retired my Alt-berg peacekeepers for bike use. Anybody on here had a pair of the Alpinestars that can give any comments????

Don't know much about the Durban, I've seen them on the internet they look great. I'm a fan of Alpinestars, I wear the Alpinestars web. Amazing boots. They're completely waterproof and windproof (goretex) I've been completely submerged in floods up to the ankles and not a drop got in, not even damp and my feet never get cold, I never have to wear thick socks either. Amazing boots. Let us know how the Durban fare.....
