Just got a pair of these feckin solid wee boots that are like a cut down pair of Tech 10's

I've worn motocross boots since the late 80's dispatch riding and bent a set of rentals with my shin after the de-compression cable had snapped on my DR600 OUCH but glad of the shin protection.

I'm going to try these over the next week a ride down to Donington and back up to the Clans and home should be 2k so if I haven't thrown them tae feck by that time I'll give you the rundown on how they performed:thumb

Easy to put on, they won't be water proof but I don't like waterproof boots as they fill up and the water can't get out, and no lace's

Ca vais combien, M'sier?

Here, the mahogony side panels should gie you extra support

Tech 2 Sizing

Hi, I've looked at these boots for a long time but no-one has them in stock near me so an option is to order them on-line. Can you tell me what they are like size wise, ie if I'm a UK 9, should I order a 9? Many thanks.

Had these boots for about 6months now, so far I can't fault em, I know they don't offer the same protection as full length boots but they are an excellent compromise between motocross protection and all day riding comfort, not as restrictive as normal boots so good off the bike as well. They get a :thumb from me

Less smell

With a bit of luck HRH Oonyack yer feet will no stink as much as they did on the plane back frae India !!!

Great boots

I am a UK 9 wide fitting. Mine are US 10 Eur 44.5.

Had mine for about a year, very comfortable for riding and walking around. Originally designed for the quad market other vendors have introduced similar boots.

Surely the only worthwhile test of a boot is when you have an off? Most things will feel fine up to that point!

The same could be said for a helmet, although every accident is different so what might protect someone in an off might not protect someone else at the same speed, I think the only thing you can do is go with a name you can trust and keep your fingers crossed you never find how good/bad they are.

got some, sound boots, mines size 11 so iv had to extend my gear lever, bulgaria an back in them tomorrow for 3 weeks so it,l be a good test

4500 miles, rain worse than anytime in england at 1 point, they were 99 per cent waterproof, i dont think anything could keep dry in the storm i rode through, leaked v slightly through the swede part ,( front, top), this could be sealed but i wouldnt bother, took 115 deg of heat comfortably too, bit heavy to walk in and took some breaking in , but good for touring, and daily use, if you can get used to the wieght of em:thumb:thumb:thumb
