Before I list this elsewhere, just seeing if there’s any interest on here……..

Photos below.

Ive had this suit for years. Bought it secondhand and Used to wear it over my normal clothes (as designed for) to ride my scooter to the station, then store it in the top box. That commuting debacle came to an end years ago, thank goodness. It’s been stored in the loft ever since.

I’ve learnt more about the features of the suit in ten minutes photographing it, than I have in years of ownership. 🙄

It has a soft back “protector” / soft shin protectors / harder shoulder and elbow protection, but no hip protection.
It has ankle to hip length zips on both sides of the legs, with Velcro adjustment at the calves. This makes getting in and out of the suit much easier.
There is also a decent amount of waist adjustment, again by Velcro straps on either side and some Velcro adjustment at the collar. There is also some stud adjustment on the forearms.
It has a vent across the back by the shoulders and opening zip vents by the armpits, to allow a flow of air.
Plenty of pockets, some with Velcro, some with zips.
It has a Drystar membrane but I can’t guarantee that it’s waterproof, it is, after all, a number of years old. That said, I don’t recall getting any seepage on the SH125 scooter on the 12 mile each way journey back in the commuting days. 🤗

Sadly I didn’t wash the item before taking the photographs, but it is in the machine now as I type this advert. I am using both Nikwax Techwash and the ‘Wash In’ products before sale. I still can’t guarantee that it will be fully waterproof though.

Rough measurements from laying it on the ground………………. inside leg 34” / pit to pit 23” / hip to hip 23” (with plenty of adjustment still available, 6” either side)
I’m 5’09” / 40” chest / 34 - 36” waist / 30” inside leg and the suit was way too big for me, particularly in the leg. I also had to use much of the 6” either side waist adjustment to bring it in snug, but it was very much function over form for me at the time.

As I’ve got to put a price, I’ll say £35 (plus P&P) but I’m open to offers. All funds from this sale will be going to charity anyway.

I’m happy for Collection in person (near Reading) or the item can be posted at your cost. I would estimate that this may be up to about £15 as it is a heavy bulky item.
